SARKPEX Earth Down Cables are made of Electrical Grade Aluminium conductor designed to conduct lightning current between the air and earth termination systems. Insulated Down conductors are also manufactured with UV/FR/PVC compound, where separation distance and flashover are a concern to minimise the risk of touch voltage. It can withstand impulse voltages up to 65kV.
